In this 12-week strength program, you'll utilize the magic of your menstrual phases to build muscle and slingshot your way into the strongest, yet most balanced version of yourself yet.

Each training week uses the signature programming from Courtney Babilya, the creator of The Keeping Balance Method.

Over the course of three menstrual cycles, you'll use progressive overload to keep your body challenged, but in a way that aligns perfectly with the hormonal strengths of each menstrual phase.

That way, your time in the gym is as efficient as possible while allowing your body exactly what it needs throughout your changing internal seasons.

WORKOUT STRUCTURE


  • Each month comes with 4 workouts in the follicular and ovulatory phases, and 3 workouts in the luteal and menstrual.
  • Each workout comes with a warm up, main lift of the day, accessory movements, a finisher, a cool down, and form tips.
  • Every movement comes with a video demonstration.
  • The program is accessible on the Teachable app for ultimate accessibility!
  • Thanks to the nature of the programming and strategic progressions, this is beginner friendly!
  • Depending on the menstrual phase, workouts vary in length between 30-55 minutes.

EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS


  • Barbell with rack and plates (if you do not have barbell access, there are videos for how to sub each barbell movement with dumbbells).
  • Dumbbells or kettlebells. You'll need a range from light, moderate, heavy, and very heavy.
  • A bench and/or box. For those at home, you'll need a chair or other sturdy elevated surface.
  • Recommended warm up equipment: short and long resistance band; foam roller.
